By creating an account or using Sicavie, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you choose to log.
Sicavie offers a free tier and a paid subscription ($8.99/month or $59.99/year at time of writing), billed through Stripe. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of full access. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
Basic cycle and GLP-1 tracking remains free indefinitely — a paid subscription is only required for the detailed correlation insights feature.
You own the data you enter into Sicavie. We don't claim any rights over it beyond what's needed to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
From time to time Sicavie may offer referral rewards, promotional codes, or discounts. These are offered at our discretion, may change or end at any time, and are limited to genuine, good-faith use — we reserve the right to void rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.
Don't use Sicavie to harm others, attempt to access another person's account or data, interfere with the service's operation, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the app or its referral system beyond normal personal use.
Sicavie is provided "as is." Cycle predictions and insights are based on the information you provide and general patterns — they are estimates, not guarantees, and should never be used as the sole basis for medical or contraceptive decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sicavie is not liable for decisions made based on information in the app.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country or region.
